What is the 5 best way to stay healthy?

What is Something that I would start today to improve my health? How do I stay healthy?

I have been working in the medical field, and I observe 5 things that actually work for me

1_Do whatever you love

Mostly male and female, exhausted, even though they are not out of age, and it's all about what they think and have interest in all of those things in which they have no interest. So among all of this they are very exhausted, in all of his some like to playing, some people have to done all of those things that he would like and love as many people want to walk bare foot on the river, many people want to play play games like badminton and mostly people people like to travel and their options for every person. So "all of your things that you love", believe that have a positive impact on your mental health, and we will stay healthy because it will affect your body, on your mental health. It's all about what is inside you, which things give you happiness. If you do not explore inside of yourself what keeps you happy, so whatever you love, just do it, and you will feel changes in your attitude after some time, like" before and after".

2_Exercise

Mostly people do not like exercise because he do not to do work out in all of these things, even they don't feel taking exercise it does not meant they are unhealthy are useless or careless, it's all about that what is inside you and what you think, what you feel what you observe. If you do exercise, you are so lucky because you are doing the greatest time of your life.


You don't feel like doing exercise, then guess that if you don't do the exercise, and you get up, then you have to suffer diarrhea or flu. In this way, you will gain interest in exercise and you will be habituated to your exercise. If you take exercise for 30 minutes daily, or you are leading a busy life, then 3 times a week will keep your body slim and smart.

3_Manage Diet and take Proper Food

Do not take an overdose. Eat properly food..Sometimes in excitement or any other reason, we take too much of a dose like in  Coca-Cola, wine, Red Bull, coffee, or  Tea. They are harmful for our health and not necessary at all. Instead of getting benefits, we are doing messed up with our Body and maintenance as it may cause many diseases. Although they increase the ratio of other diseases. A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. Taking a proper diet is essential to keep a balance in our body. When we take over dose, then we face a lot of problems. For Example, if a person takes a certain amount of Wine for the first time in life, then he suddenly gets a headache, his body can not tolerate the temperature because he is not used to all of these things. So, keeping a balance diet is very essential to a healthy life. Recommended by Doctors, a man has calories around 2500 calories a day (10,500) kilojoules and women should have around 2000 calories, which means (8400) kilojoules. If you drink and eat too much, you will be overweight, and if you eat a little food or a lesser amount of food, then you will lose weight.

Your body, which is the natural and God gifted. To balance it, you should take nutrients and vitamins that your body needs, such as mostly are working, Nestle or vegetable peanuts, dark green leafy vegetables, yellow or orange fruits and vegetables, red fruits and vegetables, legumes (beans) and peas; and citrus fruits are beneficial for health. Take vegetables like Spinach, Brussels sprouts, Garlic, Broccoli, Carrots, fish,  Kale, Green peas, Swiss chard, Beets, Red cabbage, and more like this. It will keep your body balanced and take control of your blood pressure and more things.

4_Adequate Sleep

Say no to sugary foods like sweet, fizzy drinks and juices, which lead to serious health problems. From outside we take diet in the form of ghee, nuts, seeds, etc. Your body actually tells you what he needs. A person usually takes 8 hours of sleep in normal days, which is perfect for a healthy lifestyle. Doing exercise, meditation, and yoga maintains the balance in your body and suppresses the stress given by a piece of the environment.

The best way to stay healthy is to develop a healthy living “system”.

To stay healthy, we have to remove all these negative and careless thoughts from our mind, which distract our mind and thoughts, and all of this happens with the positive aspect in our life. By adapting to good things, if you will not be happy on the inside, then it is not possible to stay healthy. Adopting Good habits like reading books, related content, or it may be informational, will change your environment. Go with your friends and change your environment, which will change you completely, and it will have a positive impact on your life.

5_A Clean home and Physical Health

Your mental health is impacted by cleanliness as well.  Your ideas get disordered when your home is hectic.  The brain's processing power is affected by clutter. Being surrounded by clutter makes it more difficult to focus. Get rid of these as much as you can.


Cleaning your home and physical health is very important for everybody. Most of us agree that a clean environment will change our thoughts completely.

The environment where you live affects your health. Researchers agree that a clean environment and a clean place will have an impact on your mental health, and the flow of work. Clean home is not just a good place to do work, but it will change the way of thinking.
